Mobile Homes for sale in France by region
- Mobile Homes for sale in Normandy
Paris, Picardie & Normandy - Easy to get to, underrated. Normandy is a vastly under-estimated region. The people tend to be friendlier than average towards the English. There are beautiful medieval towns and cities to explore, fantastic recent historical sites, great restaurants and its still relatively cheap.
- Mobile Homes for sale in Brittany
Brittany – Old favorite, rugged in North, mild in South. You’d be hard pushed to find someone who doesn’t like Brittany. Its like a huge Cornwall with better weather and food.
- Mobile Homes for sale in the Loire
Loire – cheap sites, none-commercialised. Wine lovers who are not in the Top 50 rich list will be well briefed on the benefits of buying a mobile home in the Loire. The sites are large, inexpensive and mostly well established parkland sites with the emphasis on relaxation rather than karaoke.
- Mobile Homes for sale in the Vendee
Vendée – lots of sites, hot summers, cheap to live. The Vendee is another region in decline for holidays and many sites have turned to mobile home sales to replace the lost income.
- Mobile Homes for sale in the Dordogne
Dordogne – Stunning scenery, high quality sites. The Dordogne, Lot and Limoges areas have been popular with foreign house buyers for years and years. No wonder given the rich history and amazing food (apart from all the fois gras and cuisse de canard you can get a duck pizza with an egg on it, amazing).
- Mobile Homes for sale in the Pyrenees
Pyrenees – Like the Alps but affordable, not many sites. The Pyrenees span the southern border of France and Spain and are completely different from one side top the next. The Med bit is dryer and lower, the middle is spectacular with ski resorts and Andorra in it, and the western side is wet and very green.
- Mobile Homes for sale in the Languedoc
Languedoc Roussillon – Mobile home sales hotspot, still some great little sites. Languedoc is a big favorite with many France visitors and residents. Running up the coast through Perpignan to about Nimes and the Lozere Languedoc is diverse, still reasonably cheap and absolutely fascinating.
- Mobile Homes for sale on the French Riviera
Cote d'Azur – Expensive sites but spectacular location with good access. As much as those of us who have lived there would like to sometimes, you can’t really knock the Cote D’Azur. Its got a great coast, amazing food and loads of rich people in boats to make jokes about.
- Mobile Homes for sale on the French Riviera
Burgundy – Small, quiet, cheap sites in underrated location
- Mobile Homes for sale on the French Riviera
Jura & the Alps – Alps are expensive but there are sites near ski resorts
- Mobile Homes for sale on the French Riviera
Cevennes, Tarn & Ardéche – Like Languedoc but better value and great access
